Suzannah Mills, MACP, RCC. Supporting you with Registered Clinical Counselling.
Suzannah is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who works from a trauma informed lens and is dedicated to supporting adults through life's challenges. Known for her approachable and compassionate nature, she specializes in helping clients navigate grief, trauma, burnout, life transitions, anxiety, chronic pain, health issues, relationship issues and boundary setting.
"When past trauma, grief, and loss go unaddressed, they can manifest as ongoing stress, emotional struggles, and even physical distress. These deep wounds can leave us feeling anxious, disconnected, and unable to manage our emotions. I walk alongside my clients as they heal, empowering them to find balance, resilience, and a renewed sense of clarity."
Suzannah provides a safe, supportive space where clients can feel understood, grow, and move forward with strength and purpose.
Colleen Franklin MACP, RCC, Supporting you with Registered Clinical Counselling & EMDR Therapy.
Colleen is a trauma-informed counsellor who works from an attachment-focused lens. Known for her compassionate and empathetic nature, Colleen creates a safe, approachable space where clients feel heard and supported.
She works with individuals, couples, first responders and their families, as well as those navigating burnout, return-to-work challenges, and life transitions.
"Life can be hard, and our past experiences often shape how we experience and feel the present. At times, we all face hardships that impact how we see ourselves and the world around us. Stress, worry, burnout, anxiety, disconnection, and hopelessness are not uncommon experiences. My goal is to help clients find balance, connection, and a renewed sense of well-being in their lives."
